Ranch Dance Series
November 22nd, 2025 March 7th 2026
The Ranch Dance Series is back by popular demand for its second season, and we could not be more excited to share this lineup and the unique experience SCR and our sponsoring partners have in store for you this winter!
We have expanded this limited series to showcase 5 live shows, bringing you one night of live music & dancing per month, starting this November and ending next March. We have compiled some of the best country/swing dance bands from around the region, and for a little twist, added a special 80s rock night mid-series!
As always, the goal is pure & simple.
Provide an exceptional setting where folks can enjoy live music, dancing, and an evening filled with camaraderie and good times in the heart of the Roaring Fork Valley. That's what this series is all about, and we strive to consistently meet this mark.
Needless to say, this is a winter series and conditions during this time of year may present some weather challenges. If for any reason we are forced to cancel or reschedule a show, all ticket holders for that show will be given the option of a refund or comp ticket for the new date.
Please take a moment to acknowledge all of our amazing partners who have joined us to make this series possible at the bottom of this page. Without them, this series would not be possible and encourage you to thank them for their collaboration to bring this incredible offering to our wonderful community!

Dance Series
What to Expect
Gates open at 6pm and the bands will kick off the show at 7 and play until 10pm that evening!
Each show will be limited to only 180 tickets to ensure the best atmosphere and dance experience! So do not wait until last minute to get your tickets, or you will miss out!
This Series is a 21+ program. Any individuals who are underage will not be admitted. Adult swim, adult dance, or call it what you will, these dancehall nights are for the adults to enjoy!
For each show you can choose from either Standing General Admission or reserving your own table for the evening. Our Reserved tables range from 4, 6 & 8 top options but please note these options are typically the first to sell out!
As we truly want you to have a fun & safe experience on the Ranch, please carpool if possible so we can minimize parking and ensure vehicles are prepared for winter conditions
We have partnered with the Rolling Fork Food Truck to ensure your taste buds are more than satisfied with individual options and shareables everyone can enjoy! Cash or Credit Card payments are accepted.
For your refreshments, Jimbo's Liquors has partnered with SCR to provide you a great selection of signature cocktails, wine, seltzer & beer offerings, as well as non-alcoholic options as well!
For your convenience, we have a token booth designated for all your beverage transactions so there are no long wait lines at the bar. Simply select the variety and quantity of tokens you desire for the evening, and you are all set! These tokens are valid for any of the dances so if you happen to have any left over after the show, be sure to save them for the next.
Can we bring our own cooler or chairs? No, we kindly ask that you leave these items at home as we provide both seated and standing ticket options as well as food and beverages at the venue.
Is it going to be loud inside the barn? Sound quality is our top priority any time we provide live music, but these shows are designed to be a dancehall experience. With that being said, the environment will be lively, fun and interactive. But this will not be a dinner with background music, type of experience.
Does the barn have heating? Yes! The barn provides radiant Infloor heat so the venue will be extremely comfortable inside, and we also have space heaters outside on the patio for guest to enjoy as well.
Can I bring my service dog? As this is a live music, dancehall experience, this series would not be compatible for service dogs.
Is the venue ADA accessible? The venue is ADA accessible, and we do provide front row parking for guests who need this access. However, we do not have a dedicated ADA viewing area designated at the venue so if you have a wheelchair or another type of mobile assistance, we'd strongly recommend acquiring a table so you have pleasurable experience.
Can I leave my vehicle overnight if needed? Absolutely! We encourage that anyone can leave their vehicle overnight, but we do ask that they are removed the following morning by 10AM.
Will there be many singles in attendance? Yes, this series has proven to bring a great group people together, ranging from singles, couples & friend groups and we have seen ages varying from 21 - 89 years of age!
